Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your purchase is completed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Please note: orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We use automated USPS shipping rates calculated at checkout, based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

Standard USPS: 3–7 business days (within the U.S.)

Priority USPS: 2–4 business days (within the U.S.)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, postal service delays, or factors beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Domestic Shipping Only (for now)

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

We are working on expanding to international shipping in the future.
Damages & Issues

SAiD Apparel is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at abigail@saidapparel.co with your order number and photos of the package/product so we can assist you.

If you believe your package is lost, please also file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS) directly.
